When the wedding planner becomes a BRIDE! 2020 was a difficult year to say the least, but one of our favorite moments? Our founder, Brooke and her beau, Sven tying the knot in an intimate, COVID-19 friendly elopement!

With the help of an incredible group of friends and vendors, Brooke + Sven’s day came together to help Brooke create her special day. Brooke’s dear friend, Robert helped arrange the florals, and with help from Jeannie at Camarillo Flower Shop, they created the most breathtaking arch beyond imagination! In the words of Brooke, “It was absolutely perfect and complimented the sunset, the ocean, and the landscape so beautifully.” We can’t help but agree.

Brooke and Sven started their day at the intimate and secluded Whispering Oaks Chapel where they got ready, took family portraits, and officially said, “I do.” Following the ceremony, they exchanged vows at a special place in Malibu where Brooke + Sven would go to recharge. The sunset from their location was a major source of inspiration. “The pinks, purples, and blues of the sunset sky, mixed with the unique landscape with various greens, rich brown, and soft gold tones. Our arch truly spoke to this.”
